Lodge a grievance
If you are unhappy with how the AACSB Data Portal has handled your personal data — what it holds, how it was used, a request you made that went unanswered — tell the Institute here. This is the grievance mechanism required by section 8(10) of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the means of redress your section 13 right entitles you to.
- You do not need an account. Anyone whose personal data this portal holds may use this form — faculty, students, former members of the Institute.
- Every grievance is recorded with a reference number and a timestamp, and you will be given that reference immediately.
- The Act asks you to raise the matter with the Institute before approaching the Data Protection Board of India (section 13(3)). If it is not resolved, you may then complain to the Board.
